A Laurel And Hardy Handshake

A full tip of the cap to the delightfully myriad Millard Fillmore’s Bathtub, which recently hosted the exciting news of the discovery of the first cartoon. Melting glaciers, dinosaur tracks, Ann Richards; it’s the History Channel I’ve been waiting for. Ed runs a great show over there and that site, too, deserves to be on your regular surf route.

I think I wasn’t explicit when I said it gave me “inordinate pleasure” to send you to “Millard Fillmore’s Bathtub,” but I meant to be nodding to the deft wit inherent in the blog’s title (in addition, of course, to the miraculous goat). Ed had kind words for Big Ink and that means he’s good people (as if taking a crack at intelligent design weren’t enough). One of my own favorite headlines of the era comes from his own keyboard: “Problem for climate change skeptics: Climate changing.”
